Admissions for US students

The Pontifical University of John Paul II in Krakow is proud to partner with the John Paul II Project to offer study abroad programs to American students. This is the only full study abroad program in Krakow, Poland that runs according to the academic schedule in the United States. Courses are offered year-round in English, in the areas of the theology, history, art, philosophy, communications, language and culture, and occasionally in other fields, such as psychology. Students can choose to participate in the full Fall or Spring semesters, or the intensive 6-week Summer Session. The program is open to any undergraduate student who is pursuing a bachelor's degree at a US institution. Students enrolled in post-graduate programs can also be accommodated.

The John Paul II Project is a third-party study abroad provider and an official member of The Forum on Education Abroad. The JP2 Project offers students a unique holistic formation experience here in Krakow. Complementing the quality academics offered at UPJPII are the cultural learning, community life, and spiritual enrichment opportunities offered through the John Paul II Project.
The first program launches this Summer 2018! We look forward to welcoming American students into the heart of Krakow, in the footsteps of Karol Wojtyla.
For more information about courses, dates, costs, and how to apply, please visit www.jp2project.org.
UPJPII connects American students of The JP2 Project with European students of Erasmus + and full-term Polish students at UPJPII for joint educational and extra-curricular activities.
